Programs
Local solutions, global impact
Our work focuses on programs that give families the opportunity to build a better, sustainable future. Ambitious in scale, grounded in practice. Together with our partners – from village communities and farmer cooperatives to governments, businesses and international organisations – we work on solutions that make a lasting impact. From Africa to Asia and Latin America, we collaborate with communities in 19 countries to drive real change.
Our programs:

Nepal: Jersey Valleys
The Jersey Valleys Nepal project aims to increase dairy farmers’ income and resilience. Smallholder farmers receive training in climate-smart dairy practices to increase milk production, business management, and benefit from new Jersey breeding units.

Guatemala: Safe & Green Homes
With the Safe & Green Homes project, 542 families will receive a home kit with three simple yet effective technologies: a solar power system for light and electricity, a water filter for safe drinking water, and a fuel-efficient cookstove that enables safe and healthy cooking.

Bangladesh: Empowering women in modern agriculture
This project gives women the opportunity to transform their position in the agricultural sector. By becoming owners and providers of women-friendly farming equipment, they gain greater control, reduce physical strain, and save valuable time.

Cambodia: Good Governance & Green Growth
This project will contribute to an inclusive, participatory, empowered and independent civil society and democratic space in order to increase smallholder farmers’ resilience to socio-economic challenges in Cambodia.

Uganda: Water For Dairy Business
The Water For Dairy Business Projects turns the lack of access to water into a business opportunity for both dairy farmers and cooperatives.

Senegal: Nutrition Project
The Nutrition Enhancement Project in Bounkiling will improve the food security and nutrition of women and children under the age of five in 25,000 households.

Nepal: Climate-Smart Dairy Farming
This Climate-Smart dairy farming project aims to reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions from dairy farming by 15% by combining climate-smart and locally adapted solutions in a farmer-focused smallholder model.
